Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (HifiPilot GmbH, Höhenstr. 7, 75239 Eisingen, Email: kontakt@hifipilot.de, Phone: +49 7232 3640155) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. You can use the sample withdrawal form linked here, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us (HifiPilot GmbH, Höhenstr. 7, 75239 Eisingen) immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You are responsible for returning the goods to us.

You organize the shipment yourself. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods and are responsible for insuring the transportation in accordance with the value of the goods.

For returns from EU and non-EU countries, we also offer you the option of organizing the return shipment for you. In this case, we will deduct a lump sum for the return shipment from the refund amount. You will then receive the parcel label by e-mail. You can find out the amount due for your parcel in the following table.

*We reserve the right to charge individual costs for return shipping in exceptional cases. We will always inform you of these before the return shipment.

Goods delivered by a forwarding agent are a special case. This concerns the following product: "AperionAudio Theatrus TS15 Subwoofer". You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, which we offer you in the amount of EUR 125 within Germany or EUR 200 outside Germany.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
