General information about shipping
For orders over €99, shipping costs are waived regardless of the delivery country. For orders with a value under €99, the shipping costs within Germany are €8.90 and outside Germany are €19.90. Please note that the shipping cost amount is always determined depending on your desired country of delivery and not your billing address.
To make your purchase as easy as possible, we cover all taxes, customs duties and import costs for you. You can therefore rely on the fact that you only pay the price you see on our website. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as transparent and pleasant as possible by taking care of the entire process for you. If you have any questions or concerns, we are available to you at any time.
Note for customers from Switzerland: Of course you are welcome to place your order with us without VAT. In this case, you would only have to bear any import costs yourself and pay the Swiss VAT. Please contact us by email at kontakt@hifipilot.de.
Note for business customers from the EU: Of course, you are welcome to place your order with us as an intra-community delivery without VAT. Please order from us by email to kontakt@hifipilot.de and provide your company name and VAT ID.

Shipping logistics
The shipping of your order within Germany is usually done with DHL. Parcels are delivered by DHL from Monday to Friday and on Saturday. Particularly large and / or heavy orders (over 31.5 kg) are delivered either by GLS or by forwarding. Packages are delivered by GLS from Monday to Friday (also in selected postcode areas on Saturdays). In the case of a forwarding delivery, the shipping company will usually arrange an individual delivery date with you. For this we need from you during the ordering process the indication of the telephone number. In the case of delivery by forwarding agency (inside and outside Germany), ie for larger systems packed on a one-way pallet, delivery will take place up to the property (curbside). For further transport, the customer must take care of himself. The disposable pallet remains with the customer and must be disposed of with household waste or a recycling center.
Shipping time
The shipment of stocked goods takes place within one working day. The respective availability can be found on our website. Please note that for orders, which are settled with the payment method "advance payment", the delivery can be made only on the way, as soon as the invoice amount has been credited to our account. The delivery time for delivery by DHL or GLS within Germany usually 1-2 days. For deliveries by freight carrier, the parcel transit time within Germany is normally 3-5 days. Delivery times outside Germany can be longer.
Particularities
For logistical reasons, DHL and GLS shipments to the same addressee are occasionally split and delivered on different days in succession, especially if the packages have different sizes. That may be the case with your order. Therefore, there is no cause for concern should the first broadcast not be complete. As a rule, the missing components are replenished within a short time. Payment options
Bank transfer
If you select the payment method in advance, you will find our bank details in the order confirmation, which you will receive after your order by mail. Please indicate your order number in the purpose of the transfer, so that we can assign the payment! The invoice amount has to be transferred to our account within 14 days. If the payment is not made on time, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract.
Note about shipping:
The dispatch takes place within 24 hours after receipt of payment.
Payment on invoice
You can conveniently pay by invoice in our online shop. After the ordering process, you will receive the bank details and the intended purpose by email and on the printed invoice enclosed with the delivery.
Please only transfer to the specified account and please state the intended purpose correctly so that the payments can be allocated.
If you decide to purchase on account, your data (meaning all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. your name and your contact details) could be sent to Creditreform Boniversum GmbH, Hammfelddamm 13, 41460 Neuss, for a credit check be passed on. If this check does not bring the desired result, e.g. because the data cannot be clearly assigned, we will automatically offer you other available payment methods. In the case of returns, the corresponding amount will be credited to the bank account from which you made the transfer.
Credit card
You can pay conveniently and securely with your credit card in our online shop. We accept the following credit cards: VISA and MasterCard. Please select the appropriate card during the purchase process and enter the required data in the fields provided.
The credit card data are transmitted encrypted via SSL. You can recognize this by the "https" in the address bar of your browser on the payment pages. This means that your purchase by credit card is very safe with us.
The 3D-Secure credit card security procedure is used to increase the security of credit card payments. This procedure is called Verified by VISA for VISA cards and MasterCard Secure Code for MasterCard cards. If your credit card is 3D Secure-enabled, you will be automatically forwarded to your bank's website. There you can confirm the transaction by entering your personal SecureCode and your password. If you have not yet registered your credit card for the 3D Secure procedure, you can do so as part of the payment process. After the 3D-Secure authentication you will be automatically redirected to the shop.

SEPA direct debit
You can also conveniently do your shopping by direct debit. If you choose direct debit as a payment method, you will be asked for your bank details. By confirming your order, you issue a direct debit mandate that authorizes you to collect the purchase amount.
