The shipping of your order within Germany is usually done with DHL. Parcels are delivered by DHL from Monday to Friday and on Saturday. Particularly large and / or heavy orders (over 31.5 kg) are delivered either by GLS or by forwarding. Packages are delivered by GLS from Monday to Friday (also in selected postcode areas on Saturdays). In the case of a forwarding delivery, the shipping company will usually arrange an individual delivery date with you. For this we need from you during the ordering process the indication of the telephone number. In the case of delivery by forwarding agency (inside and outside Germany), ie for larger systems packed on a one-way pallet, delivery will take place up to the property (curbside). For further transport, the customer must take care of himself. The disposable pallet remains with the customer and must be disposed of with household waste or a recycling center.
The shipment of stocked goods takes place within one working day. The respective availability can be found on our website. Please note that for orders, which are settled with the payment method "advance payment", the delivery can be made only on the way, as soon as the invoice amount has been credited to our account. The delivery time for delivery by DHL or GLS within Germany usually 1-2 days. For deliveries by freight carrier, the parcel transit time within Germany is normally 3-5 days. Delivery times outside Germany can be longer.
For logistical reasons, DHL and GLS shipments to the same addressee are occasionally split and delivered on different days in succession, especially if the packages have different sizes. That may be the case with your order. Therefore, there is no cause for concern should the first broadcast not be complete. As a rule, the missing components are replenished within a short time. If you select the payment method in advance, you will find our bank details in the order confirmation, which you will receive after your order by mail.
